Great selection of art materials: pastels, paints, pens, pencils and papers. The owner ordered in some new folders especially for me when they didn't stock the one I was after. They were in the store within two days! Impeccable and knowledgeable service.

We went to this store to frame some pictures and posters. Although we spent 1 hour to choose the frames with the manager of the store, we needed them back in 5-6 days and we told him that. He told us that he probably will be able to prepare them for the collection date we wanted, so we went ahead. We also made a full payment at the time because he requested that. He told us he will let us know that day or the following day, to confirm that the frames will be ready on time and he didn't call for two days. When I finally called him, he told us that I have to be patient and they won't be ready for the collection date I asked for. He also didn't give any exact date for collection. He even didn't say sorry! So I had to go there again to ask for a full refund and take my items back-basically for nothing. He could tell me that the warehouse was very busy so the frames may not be ready on time before we choose the frames and then I wouldn't lose all this time! Also, very expensive (over 50 for one frame!) and very limited selection of frames. Disappointing and unprofessional service levels.
