Nick was absolutely brilliant throughout the purchase process and very good at communicating and keeping us up to date. A lot of delays were on our side and he really helped keep the deal running smoothly and went above and beyond throughout. We’re ever so grateful to him for ensuring that everyone stuck with us and we can’t wait to start our new adventure in our new home!

We would highly recommend Nick and Teresa at Quarters. From the moment we met them, nothing was too much trouble. Their advice was invaluable, excellent communication throughout a tricky sale and emotional support when it all became overwhelming! We always felt they cared about us and our buyers. They were both professional and a real pleasure to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Amazing experience purchasing through Nick @ Quarters. They took us to exchange on our new house within 8 weeks of our first visit! We had regular communication with Nick and were never left in the dark or without unanswered questions - they even provided an app for us to track the status of our purchase whenever we liked. I will definitely be using Quarters again in the future and would recommend them to anyone - Thanks Nick!

Quarters have been externally helpful and informative during the process of purchasing our new home. For us the best thing has been the ease of communicating with the Nick and his quick responses in order to get things from quickly and efficiently which is what everyone wants when buying / selling house! He was an integral part of the process in helping to get all parties aligned and we would definitely recommend Quarters going forward.

I’m currently for sale with Quarters Residential. I’ve found them to be fair, professional and honest. They’ve had helpful advice and suggestions throughout the process. Communication is excellent, I feel like I’m whatsapp’ing with friends rather than my estate agent!
