We flew to Valencia and booked 2 campers. We were offered a transit from the airport and back to the city, where we stayed for a few days. We even got sheets and dishes since we flew in by ryanair, which was very convenient! Great base to explore the rest of Spain and perfect service!

Did not show any quality customer service from anybody we saw and/or spoke to. The wife and I went to look at buying a Motorhome. I have been caravaning all my life. The person who supposedly spoke English was very poor English and did not have the first idea about caravaning, i previously spoke to him to tell him what I was interested in but when we got there he did not show us what we wanted but what he thought was better for us without asking us for what reason we would like it. He did not seem to have the time for us and we had driven 150kms especially to see the motorhomes we had spoken about. I do not recommend this place. The cleaning lady was there and there was no toilet paper in their toilet and no parking for the car. Only one side of the road has an entrance and if you arrive their on the other side then it's best to park and cross the busy road by foot rather than look for a way round by car. I will be buying a Motorhome elsewhere

Hem comprat la nostra nova autocaravana en aquest concesionari, una Benimar Tessoro 440UP. Tot el procés ens l'ha portat Carolina i hem quedat molt satisfets. Esperem que el servei postvenda siga tan eficient. De moment molt contents amb l'autocarava i amb Ac-Llar...

Muy profesionales en todo. Nos dejaron verla antes de alquilarla y una vez antes de salir nos explicaron todo de maravilla, nos dijeron que ante cualquier duda podríamos llamarles a la hora que sea, cosa que no hizo falta, pese a que éramos novatos. También nos dieron facilidades con la hora de entrega y la recogida. Genial esta empresa, pasamos unas vacaciones inolvidables y mas adelante volveremos a repetir con ellos sin duda.

Les regalamos a mis padres unos días en autocaravana y ha sido todo un acierto. Era su primera vez y la experiencia genial. El proceso de reserva ha sido muy comunicativo, correcto y rápido. En AC-LLAR han sido muy profesionales a pesar de tener que modificar las fechas debido al momento de confinamiento que sufrimos. Un gran aplauso para Rosana, Guillermo y Carolina por su amabilidad y simpatía. La autocaravana era perfecta para ellos y estaba impecable. El día de salida lo explicaron todo muy bien y facilitaron un teléfono por si había algún problema. A la vuelta lo revisaron todo y les devolvieron el dinero de la fianza al día siguiente. A favor: se puede dejar aparcado el vehículo particular ens sus instalaciones. En contra: el precio (no sale barato). Sería genial tener ofertas a lo largo del año. Ahí queda mi sugerencia....
