Very good lunch and massage at the Quad Club. Lunch was very tasty and just the right amount of food. I had Angelica as my therapist she was very professional and made me feel at ease and relaxed for the full body massage. Highly recommend this service.

The quad club is part of the crown plaza hotel and an EXCELLENT addition to your stay. We got a package deal where we enjoyed a treatment as well as a stay at the hotel. Check my crown plaza review for info on the hotel. The treatment was lovely, beautiful scents and a professional crew, very friendly. My highlight...the outside hot tub as u can see. I love a hotel these extras that is so easy to get wrong. Quad club nailed it, clean, helpful, n a good variety of facilities.
I have been a member at the quad club for many years now and care for a boy with autism who also enjoys using the facilities. Staff were very good with him and always tried to help and reduce stigmatism when other guests comment on his actions or talking to himself, as no concession rate is offered at the quad club he has always been charged as a child by all staff and management have previously confirmed this. After explaining this with spa receptionist (Michael) he then felt the need to question the boy I care for directly and laughed when he said his age and disability and as I explained it’s his disability not his legal age it’s his mental age and he continued to discriminate against his disability. I am very appalled and deeply saddened with this and after speaking to the manager I was told something would be linked to my membership at a reduced rates complying with the equality act (as all services should make facilities available to all including those with disabilities on benefits!) I have still had no proof of such a serious complaint and no formal or informal apology and I will be taking independent legal advice against this disability discrimination. It is very sad that in today’s society such an organisation and individual would do this to an individual with a disability in his presence and i feel I can not bring him back to the facility’s as he is at further risk of discrimination
Really lovely experience. I had a massage, very friendly lady and incredibly relaxing. The room was nice and clean, relaxing music and lighting. Also went swimming, didn't enjoy the open room for changing and felt slightly uncomfortable, but once I was done it was fine. (Male and female changing is separate obviously). The floor around the pool could have been cleaner, but generally a nice experience. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a shallow pool, two divided lanes in the main pool. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.
