Absolute waste of time, don't give your money to these crooks, Greg is patronizing, rude and arrogant. Was no help at all, just a waste of money and precious time. This was not at a discounted rate, there was no mention of that whatsoever! 495 was far too much to pay to provide you with all the information and get it put into a report, you really didn't give us any information that we didn't already know that could be of any use. Greg was awful throughout the process and made out that he had some good leads from the first phone call which made us feel that he could actually help but that was false hope as he didn't actually help at all. Perhaps you have other investigators that are much better at this and at least show some empathy but that was not our experience with Greg.
