Nice Gheyme Nesar! Maybe the best, but no good neck! However they are expert in gheyme nesar.

Delicious inexpensive food specially the gheimeh-nesar and koobideh kabab. I only reduce one star because of poor restroom condition.
Delicious food, crowded restaurant. We tried kebab, soup, and gheyme nesar. All foods were great.
