Very pleased customer. The advice given to me at the showroom before I decided what to buy was very helpful. Delighted with my new carpets, beautiful quality and exactly what I was expecting. The fitters went above and beyond by assisting with moving furniture, including dismantling my bed and putting it back together again. I will definitely use Pyramid Carpets in the future.

I have used Pyramid Carpets for years and years and the service and quality is always second to none. We have just had our stairs and landing completed and the sales staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and as helpful as usual. The fitter was great. He called the day before to say what time he would get to me, wore a mask, removed his shoes and did a very professional job. We always have and always will use Pyramid Carpets and will continue to recommend to family and friends.

Just want to say a big thank you to Paul the estimator, for his advice. Also Julian and Dean for doing a great job on our kitchen floor , front room and stairs. Julian did a great job in the kitchen as there was a bit of “hump” where the house joined the extension. We have had a few stair carpets but Dean has fitted the stair carpet really well and much better than we have ever had before. Thanks again

We have recently updated our bathroom small 2.8mtr x 1.4mtr. We wanted to replace the tired carpet with a vinyl, when we discussed the flooring we agreed to have 4mm plywood laid @ 76, I then asked about the door plate type as I didn't want a screw down type and the salesman said they fit 'Z' type plates which just knock down to the lowest height on each side. It wasn't the cheapest vynil, around 17.00 m² but we ended up paying 259 for the vinyl, ply, door plate, silicone and fitting, Breaking the costs down result in this, price we paid and what retailers sell the items for some of the markups are quite big Vinyl 102 Ply 76 (Homebase, B&Q etc 42) Silicone 10 (2) Fitting contractors 60 (2 men 2hrs) not bad they have a living to make. Door plate 11 (3) We accepted the price as we had the a new shower cabin being delivered the same day to be fitted the next day. When the fitters were done I looked at the door plate and found they had fitted a carpet edging strip which is 10mm high, when we walked across it in our bare feet it was very uncomfortable when you stepped on it. I decided to call in to Pyramid the next morning and ask about the door plate, the same salesman denied saying they use the 'Z' type plate and always use the edging type onto vinyl, even my wife remembered the 'Z' plate being mentioned. We could not live with that edging and bought a 'Z' type plate for 4 and it works and looks great. So ended up forking out 15 for the door plates and fitting it myself. My mistake was not getting everything itemised and priced in writing and not verbally. I will not use them again and they have now lost our custom for the near future stair carpet and kitchen floor replacement. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! NOT VERBALLY

Transformed our house! Competitive prices - not cheap, but I don’t think carpets are if you want nice underlay too. Thrilled with it all. V flexible in booking in work too. Thanks all.
