I have used PV properties , over several years to find Tenants and also to undertake repairs and maintenance to my property portfolio. I have found Peter to be extremely, knowledgeable, honest , hard working and committed to both the Landlord’s and Tenant’s needs.
Efficient, knowledgeable and happy to help. Peter is happy to help he has a realistic view of the challenges of leasing and is very honest. Always got a decent tenant quickly even in a challenging market.
At first I was very happy and got the impression that Peter was trustworthy and had my interests at heart. Then 18 months later after getting the bathroom renovated, furniture replaced and giving my tenant notice to vacate as he supposedly was very reluctant to pay the rent, Peter gave us notice that he could no longer manage the property. My new agent then informed me that the furniture did not meet safety standards and Peter was ignoring all the phone calls and emails requesting the receipts. I now have to replace the furniture and Peter is ignoring my emails. I am extremely disappointed and feel like I have been duped. Looking back I now know why I never got original receipts for any costs. Wish I had taken notice of the neighbours in the other apartments who warned me that Peter was not to be trusted.
