Went to the office and had my children tested for allergies and some other routine things. Dr. Bisher pushed very aggressively to preform some more invasive procedures when there wasn't any clear need. We expressed our concerns to which he brushed off and \gave us time to think.\ He even sent us home with paperwork he said, \was just to fill out in case of\. It was paperwork saying that we are electing for the procedure. He was trying to essentially force/trick us into doing it. I was unhappy and after confronting the 'good doctor' he finally admitted it wasn't needed. Also, They failed to file the proper paperwork in order for the insurance to be processed correctly (my insurance covers it 100 percent). They coded it improperly. I contacted both the Lab, the doctors office, and my insurance. It took 3x for them to fix one of my kids coding and they never fixed the other. Leaving us stuck to pay the bill that otherwise would be covered. Him and his office don't care about patients or their quality of work. They care about billing you for expensive, unnecessary procedures (that they pressure you into) and are too lazy to fix their own mistakes. Save yourselves the headache. Seek help elsewhere. Dr Abdullah diagnosed my son with eosinophilic enteropathy when he was just a few months old. Back then it usually took several years before that specific illness was diagnosed, since not much was known about it at that time. Fast forward 17 yrs. Dr Abdullah has been with us throughout my son’s life. When medical treatment became available to free my son from ALL food restrictions, Dr Abdullah shared that cutting-edge information with us. My son is now able to eat ANYTHING, due to sublingual Immunological therapy treatment. I always refer people to Dr Abdullah if their child has digestive issues, because he really knows his stuff! Oh, he sincerely cares about his patients, too.
Prime Healthcare is a joke! My daughter went for testing back in February 2020. They took tests and due to COVID-19, we did not go in for our follow-up appointment, I requested the test results and they wanted to charge me 50.00 to get a copy of her results. Plus they charged me a 50.00 no show fee in April of 2020. Most doc offices were closed due to the mandate issued by Washington State. They claim they emailed and texted to their current patients, I received no communication from them at all. I will NEVER go to Prime Healthcare again. I would rather wait months for my daughter to be seen by Children's Hospital where you get guaranteed care & follow-up.
Dr. Abdullah has taken care of all our special needs kids for years! We have referred all our friends to him as he is the best GI doc for not only Pediatrics, but adults! He helped us find answers when other doctors gave up and dismissed our concerns! I cant say enough about Dr. Abdullah and his wonderful staff!!!
Dr. Abdullah is the nicest doctor and so thorough! I have been so pleased with the way they have investigated our problem and worked so hard to help us. But as important as that is, it's just as important to me how his office staff treats patients and that is outstanding! They are kind and helpful from the front to the back, they all deserve a raise!!
