Good for kids
I would give this spectacular tower five stars if it didn't require a four euro payment per person, including small kids. The top of the tower is also part of the Veluwe in the shape of a tiny roof park. The tower also includes a scary, floorless rope net playground thirty meters above ground.

Inside the forest you find this amazing designed lookout tower with on top a park with benches to enjoy the view. I really loved the bright green spiral staircases inside. There also is a kids play area with a net where you walk on and look down 23 meters to the ground!! Tickets cost 4 a person and you can pay with a bankcard or buy one at the tea house.
40 meters of climbing stairs. Halfway interrupted by a breathtaking kneeshaking view down through a solid, hopefully, net. Then climbing on, to a surprising garden on the top and a view over the highest trees. Amazing. Great little trip!
Such a fun place to visit, especially with kids. This “crazy” tower is as high as the surrounding trees and gives you a unique perspective of the forest around it. There is netting to “climb out” of the tower, looking down at the forest ground way below. Perfectly safe, yet strangely scary.
Fun attraction. You have to buy the tickets at a restaurant close by as a temporary solution. It was worth it. Great view.
