The staff working there are not professional and sincere in doing their job. Suppose they start work at 7.30am but nobody around. When check with them they said breakfast. They only start work around 9.00 am. If they wish to start at 9.00am then no need to practice flexible working hours. Normally they are punctual when talking about going back time.
