Brilliant service. Phil works really hard to deliver the best outcome possible with the quickest turnaround possible and genuinely cares about his clients. Entirely professional, reliable, responsive and just a nice person to deal with. I had a disaster with my hard-drive dying and Phil made the situation a lot easier to handle - diagnosing the problem immediately and straight away working on getting it repaired and returned back to me, while reassuring me that I could take my time to decide and that my product was safe with him in the meantime. After sending an email, I was contacted within 24 hours, Phil came and picked up my MacBook Bro, within that day advised the issue, I agreed to do the fixed and then returned the laptop to me. Brilliant Service!!! My Mac hard drive failed on back up with all my work on it, but after a lot of head scratching Phil found it. He has now fitted a new hard drive making the machine is way quicker and set up back ups to the cloud. I would recommenced Purple Mac to anyone!!!
