The resort has a calm ambiance which works for a hot Coorg day. The staff are quite professional but not as friendly. The food was good, as you would expect from a good resort.

We had a wonderful stay here. A very well maintained property.... Beautiful gardens and amenities. And an ammazzzing swimming pool. The restaurant is awesome too. We had most of our meals here so tried a lot of options from the menu and were never disappointed.
Incredible hospitality, fabulous location, beautiful lush green resort. Overwhelmed by the hospitality, everyone from front desk, to the restaurant, to housekeeping were extremely polite and soft-spoken. Along with delicious food for us, the restaurant was kind enough to take care of the baby food as well. The food was delicious and in ample quantity, the food options could have been increased. The restaurant caters to ad-hoc food requests which are not in the menu but it would help to list all the available food items. The resort is lush green and very well maintained, taking care of all the necessary COVID precautions. The location is also good, its close to Kushalnagar, local market and shops. We can drive up to Madikeri for sightseeing, it’s only a 30 mins drive. Rest of the tourist places are not very far from this resort. Overall it was a pleasant and relaxing stay for us during these troubled times, would definitely like to visit again. Kudos to the entire team at Purple Palms Resort.
Awesome resort near kushalnagar an luxury resort with spacious rooms with balcony n nice view,good restaurant,have restobar,have huge banquet hall for big events,have nice garden with Lawn,it has good spa,gym, ample space for parking.
Good to stay in this property though area is less. Room was spacious and services were nice. Enjoyed the pool & SPA service. Food was good and tasty.
Terrific staffs, the most excellent job. Food was great, selection and quality was very much appreciated. Everyone of the staff is very thoughtful and caring to insure that we were enjoying our stay. Thank you guys, you guys will be always remembered in my life...
It was really worth staying. Right from the execution of surprise planes for my wife's birthday till the check-out, we didn't find one single reason not to give 5 star. Great Hospitality. Huge shout for awesome and delicious food as well. Keep it up. Thumbs Up to whole Staff. Looking forward to visit again.
We went there for lunch only. The restaurant has nice ambience and the vegetarian food was quite good. The pricing was very reasonable also. So from restaurant perspective, I would revisit. The staff is courteous.
