Puro Chile was a wonderful place to eat. My boyfriend, who's Chilean, and I decided to try the place out and loved it. We both agreed that it was one of the best meals we had while visiting Guadalajara. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an authentic Chilean meal at a very calm spot. Food is good, price is also good. I have been there three times and the service has always been the downside. Usually there is only one waitress and most of the time she is in the kitchen, you have to wait until she comes out of the kitchen and then try to get her attention. Sometimes the owner is around, but he is kind of rude. This particular night, he was doing some cosmetic repairs to the place, just beside our table using drill and hammer!! Worst dinner ever!

We are Chileans living abroad for several years, in this place you will find the very real flavours of our country!! The highlights of Puro Chile are: chilean beers, very good wine, desserts (like kuchen, bavarois, leche asada) and our personal favorites "lomito" and "churrasco" italiano, they knead their own bread and their pork and meat are perfectly\u200b seasoned (not too much salt or garlic). Finally if you want to have just an entree, we would recommend "empanadas", with cheese or mince meat (pino), both are really good. Viva Chile!
