Very bad service, this city hall's opening times are when most normal people are working. The only extended time is on Thursday leading to a messy and crowded situation on Thursday evening. While they waste all the money on creating a city hall made out of marble and all kinds of expensive materials, the city itself is bankrupt and the service they deliver is very poor. The canteen is ONLY for staff, so if you are hungry or thirsty , you won't be able to get any food there. Parking is miserable, you have to pay money for a spot for something you already pay taxes(same as the nearby hospital). Be sure to bring your own pillow because the wooden benches are hard and the harsh waiting times will ensure a painful bottom. The only light of hope is the information desk, the people there really seem to do their best to inform you in the best way possible. But the ugly and poor maintained statue in the water and its surroundings really make this place a location you will hate and hate waiting in.

Grofvuil aanmelden... site is buiten gebruik of het duurt drie(3!)weken voordat ze het op komen halen! Waarom moet dat zó lang duren??? Hoezo straat vervuiling?
Zeer onduidelijke website, een wachtlijst om een afspraak te kunnen maken waar je u tegen kan zeggen. Bel maandag ochtend vroeg en ben een week later pas aan de beurt. Het personeel mag ook wel een klantvriendelijkheids cursus krijgen.
Als je grof vuil hebt is het een drama. Je staat in gigantische rij als je naar de vuilstort gaat, dacht dan ga ik vroeg om 730 als het open gaat sta ik nog in gigantische rij. Vuil laten ophalen lukt niet want er is storing op de site. Echt belachelijk.
Schande wat jullie hebben gedaan met die container woningen.
Slechte site, zeer onduidelijk
Nooit een probleem altijd netjes en snel geholpen. Meestal als je een document aanvraagt duurt het 7 dagen voordat het klaar is maar vaak krijg je een sms dat het al eerder klaar is. Purmerend Is echt mijn stad geworden.
