Being a level 7 local guide for Google and after spending some time with Victory Fire the other day. I was highly impressed with Victory Fire’s setup. They have a great team of knowledgeable office staff, fully qualified engineers and support agents. They offer services such as fire alarm Installations, fire alarm servicing, fire alarm commissioning, fire alarm maintenance as well as fire risk assessments and supply and maintenance of fire extinguishers alongside a whole host of other fire related services mentioned on their website. I left feeling satisfied with the knowledge that they provide a 1st class level of customer service to their customers and been having established since 1992 they are passionate in getting the job done right the first time. Extremely happy with the work carried out by Victory Fire. Emailed Pete on the Tuesday. Was booked in for the next day and work was completed. Craig was punctual & diligent in his work. Due to the current Covid situation arrived in proper ppe and maintained social distancing. Will be recommending to others and look forward to seeing you next year!
As the previous customer mentioned we were highly impressed with Victory Fire and the services they provided for us. Trustworthy Fire Alarm Company in Essex. We had an Fire Alarm installed for one of our clients offices in Essex. Victory Fire provided the quote initially in a timely manner. They priced the job fairly in comparison to a few other companies we had out. What impressed us the most was how knowledgeable and experienced their engineer was and gave us some solid advice that was overlooked by the others. Needless to say we were sold on just their knowledge and understanding of the fire and safety industry and decided to go with them. A date was fixed and the fire alarm and other items were installed in a timely manner.
