We had to take Hattie to see the emergency vets at Purbrook last night. Geoff was nothing short of amazing with her. Made her all better, and gave absolutely fantastic experienced advice. Hattie has woken up much brighter today and is on the mend. I feel I could ring them anytime, and ask anything, and they would always help, and not make us feel silly. I will never move vets. Thankyou Geoff and and the lovely team at Purbrook vets. Love Hattie

I had to have Snowy, my little white cat, put to sleep yesterday. Tahlia and Alison were lovely - so kind and gentle as was Geoff who sent my little chap on his way over the Rainbow Bridge. Thank you all so much.
Recently had our family dog put to sleep, a hard time for anyone, this practice took the most incredible care of our baby, we paid to her her cremated and were reassured she would be washed, groomed, claws clipped, ect to give the best possible send off, we picked her ashes up a week later, in a beautiful tube, inside of a beautiful box, and to our surprise we were sent a handmade and hand written card sending love from each staff member, which is a beautiful touch and the card now sits on top of her ashes! Jeff & igor are amazing vets, with the best advice and helped my parents a lot of saving with costs ect and offering alternatives when she was poorly. Couldn’t recommend this practice enough!
We had the horrible task of having to put our 12 year dog to sleep. They were very sympathetic in a very difficult time.
This the best vet I have ever been to they are not set with targets to meet they really look after the pet and the owner
