Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well stocked with great products for dogs and cats and most pets needs.. Always been given great advice. Helped me to fit my two Doberman's with harnesses that fit perfectly , and helped with nutrition advice, that really worked. Can’t recommend this shop enough. Thank you guys x

Fantastic Store, very friendly and our Otis loves it here. Not many as good as this with everything you need under one roof.. Highly recommend. And the Dog wash room is amazing....
I have never felt so unwelcome in a shop before especially a pet shop. I was glared at by the older lady with glasses when I tried to make light hearted conversation. I honestly thought I was on another planet the way she looked at me... At that very moment I wanted to leave the shop but felt so awkward that I best buy something. Lo and behold she was then on the till to serve me and I have never witnessed such unfriendly customer service skills in my life. No thanks after the transaction she just walked away from the till. Sadly this isnt even the first time I have had poor experiences in this shop. Not just with her there is a man who I presume is the owner that isn't the most friendly unless you're a regular I believe. I think this was the same case with this lady with glasses as she was nice with a lady before me. Well they will never get regulars if they behave like this, 4 times I have tried this shop and there has only been twice I have felt OK in there. The other staff seem friendly enough so I don't know what it is with the older people who work there. After this last experience it sent my anxiety through the roof that I wouldn't want to feel like that again. I'll go elsewhere in future, was in pets at home few days ago and had much nicer shopping experience in there... Shame really as I wanted to also support the smaller businesses. Plus what I did buy was a month OUT OF DATE!!! Wasn't given a receipt off the smiley (joke) lady on the till and even if I did I wouldn't be returning it as crikey knows what welcome I would get!
