Really nice place. Cozy, good rooms, quiet place and near the surf spots. Bad side are the quantity of stairs and the really high humidity in the rooms. Really interesting decoration and architecture, really different from everything else.

The place is way overpriced. 75 dollars for a room that is size of the bathroom (that room doesn't even have a restroom)? Really? Plus when we called and asked them if we would have to pay for 2 nights if we come around 3 in the morning and stay one more night , they said that ut would be only payment for 1 night. And when we got there they told us that we had to pay for 2 nights.

I wanted to write a review here specifically about how helpful and friendly the staff are. I stayed here with a large group of friends and the staff were so accommodating to help us with food, laundry, custom drinks, any random thing we wanted at any random time. When I was due to leave, the staff went above and beyond to help me with the next stage of my journey.

Nice views and clean rooms. The breakfast was pretty good but they dont really offer a restaurant service for other meals. They charged me 10 soles (approx 3 US dollars) for enough ice for two small glasses, because according to them it was very expensive in Mancora (later on that day i bought a 3kg bag for 8 soles which lasted me 2 full days. The onsite hotel manager, Cristian, was not respectful and made my couple and i feel uncomfortable. We would only see him laying on the couch of the only common chill area of the hotel by the breakfast tables watching TV at night, which made it impossible for us to try and play some table games or use that area whatsoever. The rest of the time we would see him roaming around the rooms which made us insecure. The staff never approached us to offer help at any moment or ask how we were doing or if we needed anything, not even to help us with our luggage. The only “attention” we got from the staff was for charging us. Also most of the times i would pass by the reception/kitchen i would see no staff at all. The hotel owner Filix Portocarrero was also a big dissapointment. He was never friendly at any point and made me deposit for the suite i asked for. The day i arrived i texted him and told him of my arrival, his only response was that he decided to switch me to a smaller suite and that once i arrived “i would see no difference between them”. I think the infrastructure and the views saved the whole experience but i would not go back with the same staff and administration. The staff and hotel owner only seem to be interested in taking your money.

Es un lindo alojamiento en Punta Hermosa, paso siempre por ahí porque está muy cerca de donde vivo y veo que hay bastante movimiento de personas, especialmente turistas... Actualmente, ese flujo ha disminuido considerablemente debido a la pandemia.

Muito bom Hotel localizado em Punta Hermosa de frente ao mar, quartos bem limpo, local tranquilo e seguro, cafe da manha gostoso, proximo a praia propicia uma caminhada todos os dias ate o mar , possivel ver se tem onda do quarto, adoramos este lugar!
