Nice hotel with friendly staff. Great location. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were good, although even at 6 am the eggs are cold? Also wifi system is a bit of a hassle. They give you a little ticket with a user name and password. It was only good for 48 hrs. We were there for 4 nights so had to get additional tickets. Also with 4 devices, we needed 4 different tickets.

Well located hotel just off the main plaza. Plays second fiddle to it's sister hotel Hacienda Plaza which is a few blocks away. Hotel is nice with curved circular staircase, cable TV and decent breakfast. Good view of surrounding hills from 6th floor restaurant. Major draw back was significant street noise. The loudest hotel we experienced during our travels in Peru
Bare minimum hotel. Good location. Their double bed is just tiny bit wider than a twin bed. And our room had an unpleasant odor.
A very basic and dated hotel - to be honest, it felt just like being in fawlty towers - very bizarre.
This was the best hotel we stayed in Peru. The bathroom and showers were amazing!!!! Super strong, hot water. Rooms of good size. The beds amazing. The view of the cafe on the 6th floor is not that pretty, as the view is only from one of the windows, and there are buildings right in front. Breakfast was standard. Nothing bad or awesome about it. Location is perfect
Rooms are spacious and clean.But do ensure you get one with a window facing outdoors. The restaurant left much to desire, we ended up eating elsewhere. Good for a short overnight stay.
The location is great, the rooms are good (nothing exceptional) and it was great to finally have a hotel with an elevator! By far the most 'western' style hotel where we stayed. The big downfall was the breakfast
