Exceptionally tasty North Indian food. Impeccable quality. Expensive but worth every rupee.

It was R Bhagat Tarrachand but recently renamed to Sahana veg restaurant. Vegetarian restaurant on Laxmi road. Taste is awesome. Hotel uses metallic cutlery rather than plastic. Very clean and hygienic. I like their chapati and paneer is very soft. Massala papad is just okok. Washroom of hotel is very clean.

Excellent dining options for veggies on busy Laxmi Road. Ambiance was very good and food was yummy and delicious. The thali is awesome here. At first I was not aware of what this place is, me and my friends visited as this was closest restaurant in our reach. But when we all entered the restaurant we all were awestruck. I was not able to click any food photos as we all were so busy eating. Trust me you won't regret your decision. As usual always prefer to ask the waiter what food you should have. And the waiter didn't disappoint us. The food is healthy, tasty and worth the penny. I must also say the ambience is another plus point. So all my vegetarian friends if you are in laxmi road and you are looking for a fine dine, do visit Bhagat Tarachand.

Now the name is changed to Sahana. I tried their special thali. Its a unique blend of tastes served in Gujarat and Rajasthan. each item has a different colour and unique taste. Ghee Roti just melts in the mouth. Daal with onion tadka has a crunchy and creamy texture. I would love if instead of serving basmati plain rice, they serve some different textured plain rice which blends perfect with the daal. I would recommend the readers to definitely try the special thali.

This was really a surprise!! It makes sense to have an eatery close to your favourite shopping destination! We were at this place quite late at night on a weekend, but still we got really fresh food! They have Panini available, which is another plus. Pineapple juice and ice tea was brilliant! Must visit place because it's quality and approachability.
