Had no plans to eat out today, but because of work commitments, we were out during lunchtime. Since, we were in this particular area later, so decided to try this newly opened place.... Mughlai Matka, NIBM Road Tried.... Tandoori Murg, half... 180/-. It was nice, tender and succulent. Lightly flavoured and perfect. Ghissu Paratha and Galouti combo... 180/-. 2 big parathas, served with 4 Galouti Kababs,, green chutney, onion and lemon wedges. Was intrigued by the name... So wanted to try it. . Actually, it's an Ulta tawa paratha, it is rubbed and rotated and cooked... Thus, the name ghissu .. . It's an atta and maida paratha, made with pure ghee, milk and little sugar. Little sheermal kind taste. And served with excellent, melt in the mouth Galouti Kababs. Which were perfect.... . Indeed a lovely combo. Ended, with their in-house Kulfi... 40/-. This was also perfect and creamy. The owner served us some complimentary biryani rice, to show, how their biryani is perfect Awadhi biryani. Liked it... Definitely, going back again for trying other stuff. Nice, VFM place.

After hearing a lot about the galouti kababs with ghissu parantha decided to order a couple of things from here. The ghissu parantha is actually ulta tawa parantha goes perfectly well with the melt-in-the-mouth kabab. Chicken afghani is another rich n creamy delight. the chicken roll was good too. The chicken kohlapuri was masaledaar but missed on the spicy quotient.

We ordered chicken Seekh kebab. While they mention 8 pieces per plate it seems more like 2 normal sized pieces chopped up into 4 small pieces. More importantly the Seekh itself was very dry and chewy. Definitely not something I will order again.
