There's a reason Lad is one of the top restaurants in PCMC for having Maharashtrian non veg food. The rassa is the heart of every non veg thali and the one you get at Lad has unique flavor and is both delectable and authentic. After trying the food at most of the non veg restaurants from pcmc I can definitely say that Lad restaurant is one of the best. Apart from the rassa, their chicken/mutton sukka and kheema are also very delicious. Chicken thecha is one of their signature dishes. Overall Lad is one of the very few restaurants that gives me complete satisfaction after finishing the meal. Lastly, the owner, Sunny Lad, is a fine example how a hotelier should be. He is passionate about his profession and the way he treats his customers is just amazing.

Test is good. Veg - There is no options for veg. So need to think for veg menu. Parcel charges - Additional ten rupees taken for parcel. This is new one and need to think on this. Rest of all the things is good. Overall Rating -3.5
Review for dine-in & home delivery. Ambience is good enough. We ordered Chicken sukka thali, half Chicken handi. Taste is just above average. Not extra ordinary. Chapati is soft. Chicken thali 4* Dine in service is pretty much good. Home delivery experience was very bad and delayed. I needed to call them several time. And every time, different person was answering the calls. They charge 10 rs extra for packaging (don't know why, nowadays no resto charge for that, but this resto does charge for packaging and add 5% gst to it) and 50 rs for delivery (even if location is 3 kms from their resto. We pay to zomato or swiggy, it's considerable for customers. But they shall charge less for nearby locations. ) In this pandemic, if they want to run their resto smoothly, they shall not charge customer unnecessarily. I have read 2 3 other reviews,they also complained about packaging charges. If they continue this, they will loose their customers for sure. Excellent taste. Sober Ambience. Light on pocket heavy on appetite !! Must try for non veg lovers !!!
Great experience! Ordered Special Mutton Thali and Chicken Thecha. Both were nicely prepared. The person who waited our table was polite and patient in explaining the origins of the food and it's ingredients. Returned home as happy diners.
You will like if you are Non veg lover. Thalis are available at reasonable prices. Staff is also polite.

Best place serving authentic Maharashtrian style non veg thali. Bhakri, Chapati, boiled egg with extra masala on top of it and juicy mouth watering chicken and not to forget the indrayani rice at the end - It was super delicious, a must try option for non veg lovers. Serves good quantity along with the quality.
