Very nice once you can find your way in. I went to find a last minute birthday present and was surprised to find some really lovely gift s. I think I might have been the only person there but I saw a couple of staff working with the plants and the lady who served me was lovely. So apart from taking an age to find my way in a very pleasant shopping experience during lockdown.

Had a wonderful experience there today with friendly helpful staff and prompt efficient service. The food in the restaurant was delicious and Caitlin and Jack were brilliant, friendly and attentive! Compliments to the Chef! Can't wait go back! What a difference and massive improvement! Thank you all!
Great place haven't been there in a while pleasantly surprised really helpful and friendly staff. Have great offers all at reasonable prices will definitely be going back.
This must have been really run down as a Wyvale. Some different plants and products give one hope for the future. Lacklustre service caused us to walk out of the restaurant and till service too was just average. In stark contrast to the adjoining South Downs Light Railway where everyone was so welcoming, fantastic with the children and obviously loving enjoying their train hobby.
