Pooja in temple is a big ritual and involves prior admission and arrangement of pooja items and the number of priests involved in the homam. Mostly they do lot of thanthrik Pooja's. Great experience for us.

Expect 2-5 hrs for Darshan on a normal day. The administration is not up to the mark. And yes you can give donation and get a direct entry right in front of the Lord

It will take one to two hours for darshan in off season in festival time cannot estimate time. So be prepared for waiting in long queue or u can pay 200 rs and get darshan in short time.
