Just purchased a whole new set up from this place. They are so helpful and have excellent customer service! The shop itself is a great set up with plenty of seating and drinks available. Probably the best vape shop I've visited yet. I'll be back for sure.

Just bought my 2nd vape from Puff Mart! These guys are already renowned in Manchester for vapes and liquids, but for those that don’t know, the Puff Mart boys are the best in the biz for customer service, hence their popularity. They really do know their products. Just worth a mention, that same morning I popped into the other vape shop up the road, namely Vape Citi, ONLY cos I was popping into the chicken shop next door, and the man behind the counter who I presume is the owner, well frankly he shouldn’t be allowed to communicate with human beings; awful, awful customer service. Wants to take non-refundable deposits!
