PFAC does not exist anymore. This portion of the airport was temporarily used as an asylum/refugee camp. This area is now the site of DVOR/DME navaids.

a historic place thats more popularly known as VRC (Vietnamese refugee center) to the locals. it's located at the serene end of rizal avenue extension where the prime city hi-way meets the tranquil Canigaran Beach. presently just a philippine marine base that lends itself as part of the runway of the old city airport. nothing to see anymore except barbed fence and grassy clearing. not even a historic marker to memorialize the place' significance to humanitarian relief and forged fil-viet relations administered by the UNHCR with volunteer help from nuns from a then local college.
