The cau cau is their featured dish and it’s amazing if you are okay with eating cow stomach (just a bit chewy). You’ll need to order a side of white rice if you are used to eat it the traditional way. The pisco sour and chilcano are premium quality, you’ll only need one or two of these drinks.
Historic tavern in Pueblo Libre. Been around since the late 1800’s. A bit pricey, but recommended.
The place is cossy and very very clean, well prepared to receive family groups complying with the health protocols of covid 19
I love everything about this place. Order the Res and make your own Chilcanos! We didn't really get food here, but the sandwiches looked amazing
One of the best places to eat classic Peruvian food. The way they cook their dishes reminds you of the great food that Peru has to offer. I would highly recommend trying the dishes with 5-6 dishes within it. That way you will get a taste of a lot of different peruvian foods at one time. Prices are relatively expensive for Peru, but well worth it.

Amazing food. Cau cau was the best I ever had. Pisco Sour was so strong ! Loved it! No hang over the next day. Place is huge and crowded so it's hard to get a table. You can order a whole bottle of Pisco and make your own drinks at your table. Really cool place !
