Quiet Bank Holiday morning at the moment. Just not great customer service. Was trying to judge the difference in price between the budget range and the designer kitchens. Salesman obviously intent on following their designed sales process, understand what the customer wants, build the dream kitchen, explain the value as a longer term investment in the quality, offer interest free etc.etc. Without going full the full sales pitch he wasn’t willing to give any price indication at all, he was almost proud of not giving even a ballpark figure. I was buying the kitchen for my son and just wanted to understand the price differential. I’m in the fortunate position where the cost isn’t really a deal breaker, but the attitude of sales staff and their one dimensional approach is

Very quiet when we went, staff and customers wearing masks and clear markings at tills. Got what we wanted and was out very quickly! xxx
