Staff were brilliant Excellent protocals in place for social distancing and hygiene would definately recommend their range of glasses is also huge so you won't have a problem finding some!

Optician lady was so nice an pleasant eye test was carried out with scan which was very informative. I spent 30 mins trying on all frames and found the one I liked. This is when it all went downhill there was a chap that totally did not understand both my prescription and also what the optician had recommended. He was very quick to say well there are lots of hidden extras and that the 99 did not apply to my lenses. I told him that these are my eyes and my eyes are import and you are telling me something different than the optician told me. His response was I’m sorry somebody else told me and that the optician told them so I need to check. He then walked away came back and started his sales patter again, at this point I was totally dissatisfied with whey was going in and I asked for my prescription because I didn’t trust what was being said. There was no response or advice taken from one of his colleagues he just passed me the card machine and said 35 please and I left. I still have no glasses and I have filled out a customer satisfaction online review which was fair. Whilst the optician was excellent the customer service was absolutely diabolical. I work in sales and I treat my customers with respect and have integrity in the products and the service that I sell. I’d never trust specsavers again and given the situation I would have expected either a refund for the test or a conversation with a manager. I’ve since put the prescription into their website and the glasses that I wanted based on what the optician told me were 99 as stated with a second pair free. I’d love to understand how this can happen ?????

Had a lovely lady serve me. I bought 2 pairs of glasses. Went in with a prescription from somewhere else. After my concerns about this i was offered another eye test. They were so helpful and the result was i had been given the wrong prescription for my eyes. So well done specsavers on picking this up. Plus the price is alot cheaper than anywhere else.

Came to get hearing aid batteries, and received 2 cards, after travelling by bus which because of covid i try to keep to a minimum and, being 70 yrs old, i am going to have to trail up again in March prob. Both my brothers in laws get a boxful on NHS, how come Specsavers are so mean with them, i'm sure there is enough to go round, not happy at all!
