Very inexperienced car owner here, I gave them a phone call and the man I got in touch with was very helpful and patient with all my silly questions was all very straight forward and stress free, they managed to drop it off despite the snow, speedy process from the first call to recieving. Too scared to drive round while it's snowy but moving it around the street all seems to be in good condition, and very clean inside. Very happy, smashing job lads thanks very much
