Really good services, has comfortable rooms, and the restaurant has delicious food and a panoramic view from the Ucayali river. They give you a card to save energy when you leave the room (AC and fridge are included). The hotel is near to the main square,so you can walk from there.

Rooms are okay, but service is terrible!! They told me airportshuttle is included, but when I arrived, I could not reach them to come and pick me up. And when leaving, they told me the drive was included, but suddenly I had to pay 20 soles. Very bad experience!! Never again!
