Don't waste your time. PUC consistently sides with the utility company. I filed a complaint in Dec 2019 and just heard back from them and the worker must have said \sorry I'm very busy\ over 10 times during the 5 min wrap up conversation. I guess they're \busy\ letting the time pass so they can appear to be working for the consumer. Just like everyone says, PUC is worthless and companies know it

Don’t even waste your time. Worthless completely! This is where our tax dollars are going. To worthless ppl that take months to do absolutely nothing!! Didn’t even receive the email or reimbursement Check. Going on 6 months living off a ffffff generator!!!
Called at 3:32 pm, and was given a 13 minute wait time. It's now 4:18 and still on hold. The wait time actually increased, then slowly reduce to 6 minutes. Typical PA....they can't get anything right,and no care in the world.
Their mission statement is a joke. The Pa Public Utility Commission balances the needs of the utilities and consumers to provide safe reliable service at reasonable rates. Protect the public and educate them. All they do is side with the utility companies and give them what they want.
I have been calling for weeks. I am always sent to a voicemail service after being on hold for 5 minutes. I leave a detail message every time and NO ONE returns my calls! It is extremely frustrating.
