I paid 33 in advance for a reserved parking spot. My time that I bought was from 2-7pm. The spot was available and all but, when it came to leaving, there was literally noone around to show my online receipt to so I can leave. Nobody in the office or not even some kind of machine for me to show that I had already paid. I ended up having to pay ANOTHER 33 just to be able to leave the garage. Not cool, I am very dissatisfied with the service I had to pay double for.
