As usual excellent service by knowledgeable staff. You can always get all you need and if not will go the extra mile to get it. Brilliant to see that Pts has the bottle to keep the, no face covering no entry , this i feel gives people confidence and shows their commitment to keeping all as safe as possible trade and staff. Wish more businesses would be brave enough to take this policy up. ( that bit is for you wilbond Nottingham). Hopefully you will be allowed to keep it up. Thanks to all the staff at Mansfield.

I’m medically exempt from wearing a mask and was refused service even though I was the only customer and due to barriers could not get within 8feet of the counter and staff had masks, shame on you pts Mansfield Woodhouse

I had a good experience with Plumbing Trade Supplies. Purchased wrong product and they returned cash with no quibble. Good, knowlegable staff and served with a smile.
