PS Carpets were contracted by our landlord to fit a vinyl floor to our cafe floor and relay carpet in our shop area. I have never seen such shoddy work, or dealt with such an unprofessional company. It would appear Mr Scott's passion for his trade has long since diminished, & I would highly recommend this company is avoided at all costs. We sustained an incredible amount of damage to the walls from Mr Scott and his team, various air pockets were left in the vinyl floor and edges were unfinished, lifting, and unsealed. They looked as if they were cut with clippers. We contacted Mr Scott & requested he return to fix it. He offered just 50 compensation for the damage to the walls, and screwed down just one of the larger air pockets. He had promised to properly seal the flooring but this was only done in odd sections (including a ten inch section in the middle of a 5 ft wall). In the few places he put sealant down, it was left as a bead and not smoothed out. Awful service - AVOID!
