I've been here 2 years. The management has changed a couple of times but the new staff seems to want to improve the place. Ashley takes good care of us. They keep the grounds clean and well maintained. I've never seen a roach or any pests as they have a company come in quite often to spray the apartment. My only complaint would be that all the apartments have floating wood flooring. I have older carpet, with that being the worst thing to be said we are in good shape! I would like to see some storm shelters put in one day too. I think everyone here would pay a little more rent for a few shelters to be put in for tornado season. I have also never lost power yet during a storm.

I just moved in about a month ago ashley the new manager is pretty good about being on top of things we had an issue with our tub but she got it taken care of and worked well with our schedule is recommend living here!

I would just like to say that I have lived here at Country Club Villas in Pryor Oklahoma for 3 months now and I must say it's been great, it's quiet the grounds are well kept and the price is great, the management is awesome Ms Sandee well you couldn't ask for a nicer person.We have had no problems what so ever with the owners or management. I have to say tho i have had some problems with a nosey drama neighbor in 105B a constant complainer and a stirrer of the pot, and a few others in there that have constant complaints too but the ones complaining are friends with each other so that explains that. No matter where you live there will always be people you cannot please. Anyway if your looking for a great place to live at a great price go see Ms Sandee at Country Club Villas

What up its ya boy Randon, im taking a risk here and using my business email, im that willing to let everyone one know that these apartments are nice i like them alot,Sandee is amazing, i even had dinner with her one night just because she was so generous to share ,some tennants are extremely slanderous against her though and the owners are completely one sided and chooses not to listen to Sandees defense
