I'm not one to post bad reviews normally but I had a horrible experience here. First time going and the server seemed annoyed to have to take my order. I didn't know they didn't have food menus so I asked & she sent me over to their board of sandwiches/soup choices. After putting in my order, and being one of 3-4 customers, who already had their food, it took quite a while to get my meal, which was their special for the day..which is normally quick at most places. After receiving my meal, I was awfully disappointed. The bowl of soup was so tiny, I expected more for the price. While eating, I kept seeing the cook and server staring at me..everytime I looked up from my food, one or the other was glaring at me. I was so uncomfortable eating there that i just packed up and left. The food was not very good and the soup was bland...won't be coming here again.. it's too bad because most coffee shop places like this are excellent but not this one, sadly.
Cute little cafe! Clean, and the coffee is great. Make sure you try some of their homemade muffins too! Price is comparable for what you order, and the service is great!
If you're looking for real coffee, and real good lunch food this is the place to go! Denise and her team will keep ya fed and watered! They are open for lunch until 4 PM. They usually have a special with one of 2 types of delicious soup, and a couple of healthy sandwiches to choose from. They also custom make whatever type of sandwich you might like! The prices are reasonable, and you get lots for the type money! If you get the chance eat here, you will be glad you did!
