I really want to like this place, but I just haven't had good experiences here. I went in to buy my nephew some guitar strings and got lectured on the history of strings and that I didn't know what I wanted. It was bizarre. I literally asked for a specific type of strings and wanted to know the prices per the brands, but ended up just waiting a lot of time for nothing. I do not recommend going here.

Purchased a beautiful Teton 10th Anniversary guitar from these folks back in May 2020. Bought it on the phone and spoke with Ford (believe he is manager). Fantastic customer service, great knowledge of the product and helpful when answering questions. Would highly recommend to others!
