Protyre Preston

I will be honest it wasn’t my first choice but after going to Halfords ( I know !!!! ) and National tyres whom made me park up then made me wait to be told were to busy ! I stumbled upon Pro Tyre Obviously with Covid I could see the clear concise information to keep me and the staff safe I booked my vehicle for a tyre repair as it was late in the day which suited me they pumped up my deflating tyre and I went away in the knowledge I would be looked after the next day Skip forward to this morning the staff guided me onto the bay at a safe distance and asked a few questions about the locking wheel puzzle I got it for them as I think they didn’t want to go in my vehicle which was for me Conforting that the staff took my safety as a priority. I was kept informed each step with a fitter coming in saying it is repairable and it would only be 18 which is 7 cheaper than Halfords who couldn’t Jack my vehicle up as it is too low ?? National tyres was 29 as price was on the wall but too busy , so anyway Protyre gets a big thumbs up and will be my first choice from now on Friendly Knowledge honest staff whom value my welfare and safety as much as I do ..... Thank you

I was driving home with the children in the car my coil spring had snapped outside of protyre at closing time they looked at my wheel found the problem and took my car straight in and fixed for me the next morning fast friendly very efficient service thanks a lot for all your help getting my car back on the road

Had two new tyres fitted to my Panda, very quick, very friendly, definitely use again as I'm new to the area, spot on!! Highly recommend.

Chris is brilliant!! I've used Protyre twice now, both times they gone above and beyond to get me sorted. I really appreciate all the help guys. Highly recommended
