They are shameless money-grubbers. ...Rip-off artists plain and simple, I had to use them in an emergency after they agreed one price for my rear tyre and then insisted I may not have two different specs front and rear so they charged me much more for the invariably less expensive front.

The place if you want tyres and do a great job with motorcycle tyres, they even have a technician who is capable of working with wheels in the bike(rare) obviously a lot easier carrying loose wheels in for quick changes though

Booked my mot through there online system revived confirmation and payment was taken from my bank account, when I arrived at the garage they said I had not booked I continued to show the member of staff my conformation which he brushed off then showed him my online banking transaction to show proof of payment, I was told there was nothing they could do they had no slots now untill next Tuesday baring in mind I had booked this over a week in advance, they could also not offer me a refund as I had booked online I continued to explain to the guy I rely on my vehicle for work as a self employed tradesman and my mot was running out the following day and this was just brushed off he said I would have to call customer service, after finally getting through I wasn’t offered any further help no chance of being squeezed in just a standard refund with all other local garages fully booked I am now having to take 3 days off work as I do not have a valid mot untill it can be done on Friday at another garage, all round a very poor experience after using this garage regularly for a few years this will be the last time.
Unprofessional Missell services when offering you a free tyre check. Time wasteing type of company dont throw your money away these guys are absolute cowboy mechanics are they even qualified for the services offered or back lane jack of trade Plenty of cheaper options near by more reliable and professional. As soon as you walk in here they are trying to gauge how much they can milk you. Better luck asking a clown if you need a need tyre.
