I would rate less than 1 star if given the opportunity, so upset and considering legal options at the moment having spent over 2500 rectifying PROTRYE negligence. Protyre-Abingdon, had my Mini Countryman in for a routine oil change. Directly, after receiving it back I was getting red warning lights and grating sounds from under the car. My Car broke down 4 times in total and went back to Protyre on numerous occasions over a 2 month period,only to come back with the same warning. Protyre told me they replaced the water tank and fan belt, I found out the old water tank was still on there causing the new belt to shred. This incident cause me, with my daughter in the car, to lose power (brakes, steering, airbags) just off the motorway by Bristol, nearly killing us both. We had to get the car recovered to a local garage. I had a full report carried out by Mini and they stated the problem with the car was Protyre had jacked the car up from underneath directly onto the oil tank. We have pictures showing this from Protyre and Mini. Protyre still refuse to take responsibility. I have had to sell the car due to the damage they caused and the stress of the whole incident has been very damaging to my health. Protyre refuse to take responsibility, even though I have pictures, reports, extensive letters and correspondents to back up the claims. ADVICE TO ALL CAR OWNERS NEVER SEND YOUR CAR TO PROTYRE.
Poor MOT service, the amount of advisories they put in my car's MOT history is just insane. As instance, one of them \under tray obscuring view to testable items\... really? it is the standard Audi under tray... fitted by factory...??? never seen something like this I moved to the area recently, that why I used this workshop for the first time, I won't come back! ... prefer make some more miles and go to my trusty garage, witch has been keeping all my vehicles in mint conditions for ages.

Edit: I was contacted by the garage for them to resolve the issue. Went back last weekend when it was convenient for me to have the wheel alignment re-done FOC. Was seen straight away, let me watch while they done it and it has fixed the issue. Thank you. Fast turn around of 4 tyres and alignment. Done in less than an hour. However no printout to show alignment was done...not convinced it was done either/correctly as the car still pulls to the right when the steering wheel is centred.
