Really bad. Have to chase them around to get a reply on a simple question. They won't sign you up even though they have roles available that you specialise in and won't say why.

WORST AGENCY EVER! I came out if FT teaching to do PT supply, as I am caring for my mum with cancer. They sent me for a regular 2 days a week job, knowing full well it was a job share, wanting extra work like report writing, even though I wanted day to day. This was expected for me to do in my own time, basically working for free. When I obviously didn’t take the job, they sent me a letter saying they couldn’t place me and maybe I should get more experience. I have 20 years experience. They want to slot you in to something they need to fill, or you’re out. Go to Zen, they are much better. Disgusting!
