I had an issue with the lock on my back door. I called Protek Security and they were very polite and punctual. They completed the job to my full satisfaction and at a reasonable price too. I recommend them.

Would 100% recommend, pregnant and stranded with a busted front door. It was fixed quickly and carefully and he turned up within 10 minutes of me calling. Great service!
After a 50 callout fee and no resolution to the issue, he agreed to come back and fit a new lock for 350. I took the day off work and he turns up with a catalogue so that he can work out what he needs to order !?! (Surely he should have done before agreeing to come back !?!) Predictably, items not in stock. A complete an utter waste of my time and money. Contacted another locksmith who resolved on the spot (with no callout fee) for 75, no new lock required. Given 1 star as there is not a 0 stars option. Avoid.
