Really disappointed with the lack of service today. Went in to purchase a tablet, left empty handed after waiting around for about 25 minutes. I could understand if it were super busy but to have either a) not one staff member in sight to approach or b)no one acknowledge your presence and blankly stare through you as if you’re a figment of your own imagination can become quite frustrating.

We were going to purchase a small laptop for my sister from the Prospect store, however no one approached to help and after over 20 minutes of waiting and being ignored even though the store was quiet, we finally gave up. I mentioned the lack of service to the girl at the counter, and while she apologised she still didn't offer to get anyone to help. Prospect Officeworks - zero care factor.

Always very friendly service especially from the gentleman who assists customers with computer and technology issues. He's been working there for years and Officeworks Prospect is lucky to have him.
Awful staff. I went there because it was closer. But what an unpleasant experience. The attitude towards the price beat policy is just disgusting. The staff put so much effort at stalling that it was almost funny how you see (him) sweating. Hey boy! dont get too mess up with the technicalities of a part number, the world dont need to be that complicated. Fortunate enough I knew that a more friendly staff from other store would solve my issue, so I just had to drive 5 min more.
Went to Nailsworth Officeworks today, embarrassed to say that I had been there last night and ended up getting 2 wrong photos, and didn’t know how to redo photos, Caitlin in the photo section willingly assisted me and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her. She’s also informed me that between 11-4 someone will be on the floor daily, to help in that part of the Store, so beneficial for older people who have no idea of what they have to do. Thank you Caitlin, Customer Service is a wonderful thing and you get 5 stars from me.
Wanted to buy a monitor . Waited for 15 minutes for help in getting one and was ignored by staff . You used to get mobbed by staff here but the are way too busy to offer assistance . It's my local store where I have shopped many times before . So disappointed . The staff need to observe customers and offer assistance .
