Prospect Letting Service [Feb 2021] As a Landlord I have been with Prospect for over 3yrs - they manage two properties for me. Most recently they secured multiple clients within days of marketing my Apartment. The entire process - Negotiating my terms with them, agreeing an AST with the tenant, providing a check-in report and the Move-In process for the clients was faultless. People matter and the team at Wokingham, the Letting manager, his assistant and their Move-in Clark, ooze professionalism but are also all about going the extra mile to make it happen. This makes the difference and this team is a true asset to Prospect and its reputation.
