I've used this branch a few of times when travelling through and just wish it was my home branch. It is just so good to walk into a bank which isn't a wall of ATMs with a deserted concierge desk and no-one in sight. The friendly service that I've always experienced at this branch is unmatched anywhere. To be treated like family by staff you've never met is so refreshing. On my last visit, Jasmine processed a form for me in just minutes and without prior notice. In contrast, my home branch in the city told me I'd need to make an appointment for half an hour when somebody was available and they'd get someone to call me back! Makes me want to move to Proserpine. And give 7 stars to Jasmine.

The only Westpac Branch I go to in the region, I know so many people who prefer the Proserpine Branch then Cannonvale.
Understaffed. Is usually a wait. Atm does not automatically process deposits after hours.
