Trevor and Carol from the Mackay Store were a delight to deal with from the start. Trevor gave me a great overview of the products and really listened to what I wanted before making a suggestion. The flooring was delivered quickly and was of the best quality. When we had a hiccup with the trim sizes they were straight onto it and provided a solution by the time my installer needed it. Fabulous customer service.
