As landlords we are very pleased to have Property Cafe managing our rentals. Our main contacts are Bethany to find us suitable tenants and arrange contracts and Mia who has excellent contacts if needed to deal quickly with any maintenance. I worked with Bethany at the Property Cafe who are phenomenal! They are professional, responsive and tell you exactly what is going to happen next. The best part is, they then go on to do exactly what they said they were going to do. Other businesses need to take note, this is how business should be done! Next time I make a move in the 1066 area, I'm looking to Property Cafe first.
Property Cafe have been very helpful in looking after my property. When the time came to re-let they gave excellent advice and let the property within days. Bethany, Mia and Damien have been very responsive and professional in all respects of letting and maintenance.
Within a few hours of speaking with Damien and getting an offer from him for a rate to get me a tenant for one of my properties, I received a phone call saying that he had a potential tenant, that he would like to propose. so a few days later we met , very impressed, and prospective tenant came around to the property, that afternoon, liked it and agreed to take it subject to all checks. All actioned now and dates agreed , it took less that 3 days, unbelievable response and totally superb service , and better Rental rate as well.
I have been using Property Cafe for a number of years now and I can honestly say it is an absolute pleasure to do so. Mia, the Lettings Maintenance Manager, is an absolute star. She is highly professional, very personable and always goes way and beyond the extra mile. I very rarely leave reviews, but a hugely positive one for Property Cafe is very much deserved.
