With different teachers .classes are so different. No chance to get bored. Great in studio classes and great virtual classes too.

Great studio space which provides flexible outdoor and zoom classes for social distancing. The teachers are very diverse in teaching and yoga style but all excellent! A vibrant, friendly and excellent yoga, meditation and PT provider! The 5 a week introductory offer allows you to book as many classes as you wish and is amazing value! The special courses are also excellent! Highly recommended!

Starting Proper Northern Yoga has literally changed my life ! Hannah makes everyone attending one of her classes feel welcome, and makes yoga accessible and fun. From being a complete yogaphobe a year ago, I now do a class twice a week, every week. Yoga has helped me in different ways, not just physically with much improved flexibility, but mentally too. Going to one of Hannah's classes is just pure joy ! Thanks for everything, Hannah. You're a star !
Going to a PNY class is just a wonderful thing. I never fail to come away feeling relaxed mentally and physically. All the teachers make the classes a happy experience.. challenging and fun. I'd go every day if I could!
